Tim began in residential real estate, but quickly developed a passion for commercial space and commercial clients.
As a small business owner himself, he understands the needs, challenges and calculations necessary when looking/considering space. He is proud to run Conrad Real Estate, LLC and loves working with entrepreneurs and business people alike.
Since 2014 Tim has represented dozens of tenants in transactions totaling more than 350,000 SF!
Tim lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid Mets fan and NYer for life.
Brennan Taylor

Brennan Taylor has been a commercial tenant broker with Conrad since its inception in 2017, helping dozens of business owners find and negotiate office, retail and warehouse space in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
Prior to that, Brennan worked on residential condo & co-op sales, representing both buyers and sellers, at Stribling & Associates (now part of Compass) in Tribeca. His understanding of both commercial and residential aspects of the NYC real estate market make him an invaluable asset to the Conrad team.
Brennan is originally from Portland, Oregon, and now lives with his wife and two daughters in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
